Second pair of Wrist Iron?

I was told that there is another pair of wrist Irons to find in the cattle cell of Deepscorn Hollow. However I couldnt find them. Does anybody know where exactly they are?

Nope, I already placed an enchantment I dont want anymore on my first pair

They aren't in my Deepscorn cattle room either. Pretty frustrating. Does anyone have a solution that doesn't involve "duping" or using the console? They're supposed to be in there and they aren't. A guide I read online said waiting and reloading can spawn them, but that hasn't worked for me thus far.

Iirc there is in the DLC place which is why you should never throw your from tutorial. Forgot name or more details though.

I didn't throw them out. I enchanted them earlier and now I want to use a better enchantment so I need the backup pairs.

There's one in the Shivering Isles in Dunroot Barrow. And two if you do Mehrune's Razor in one of the cells.
