I think it would be very cool, based and pog pilled skibidi Ohio if we could get a remastered version of Morrowind. I’d stick my gyatt out for Mr Todd Rizzler Howard if this happened!!!!!

It would be cool, but since they spent last few years on oblivion remaster this is a very far perspective for morrowind to be remastered. Better keep following progress on Skywind, they should release it finally at the end of this year, or next.
Lol if they fumbled this remaster I doubt they have much chance with a game on a much older engine.

that will of been rough af lol, are you sure it ran?
which model of voodoo 5 as well?
as voodoo 5 didn't even support dx7 let alone dx8 for morrowind.
were you running on software rendered on the cpu or something?
so not really anything to do with the voodoo5 lol may aswell not of been plugged in?
single digit fps of pong graphics whilst the rest of us were living it up on a 9700pro lol

I genuinely hope not.

Morrowind is not what one would consider a very nice place, given the Dunmer culture of Vvardenfell. If they were to remaster it, I can already see the casual racism and slavery toned down dramatically. I can foresee the misandrist Telvanni wizard remaining untouched, though.
I think we need a remake for morrowind. Or at least closed citys. maybe some horseriding (or guar riding)
Remastering Morrowind will just encourage boring alphabet activists to ruin it

they have the ability.
they made oblivion almost exact to its old self.
they are capable of making morrowind an exact duplicate as well.

Perhaps, as far as dialogue and quests go. Though I have no understanding as to why they felt the need to change Alessia from being a normal woman who held a spiritual figurehead position of high regard, to some kind of warrior princess "Fist in the air" girlboss.

I still remain skeptical with little faith, however. Mostly because the modern era of gamer would never even dream of playing Morrowind, and if it'd be remade, you can pretty much see the posts on Bluesky going "Ohmygod, this is problematique, there are Dark Elves bullying an Argonian!"
I'd rather keep Morrowind untouched, if I'll be honest.

a horrible reality is i think your right.
im just pointing out that they did what looks like almost an exact copy of oblivion and they are capable of doing that with morrowind.
but your right, with todays horrible culture, morrowind would be hard to copy paste

All is good, I understand what you're trying to say, and I agree with you that the ability for a copy-paste is indeed there.

I just can't escape the horrible reality that we're facing with Morrowind's culture being translated into the modern day.
