Here is how I am getting grand souls and maybe you want to do it this way too. Maybe some will consider it an exploit or even the devs will then fix it. I am not here to discuss that. Only provide my findings.

I wanted to be able to get grand soul after grand soul without having to hunt them down or buy them, even if I need to repeat a process to get them one at a time between enchanting. I remembered, looked up, or found out things to allow this.

My goal before seeing it somewhere or looking things up, just knowing the original game, was to get azuras star, a soul trap weapon, and a predictable place for grand souls. More particulars I had to look up or experiment on. This of course does not include the actual enchanting requirements aside from the soul.

It is possible that there is a video somewhere that even includes one thing I could not find when looking these steps up, or remember from the original game, but I instead had to experiment for it. It could take a ton of searching and watching to find that detail, if a video out there even has it.

That detail, the one thing I had to experiment for the most, was the earliest level I would need for the souls to be what I wanted, grand, otherwise they will be "great souls" in the specified place, or possibly less than great.

Here are the steps you would need.

Get Azura's Star.
Get a soul trap weapon like Umbra Sword.
Buy Benirus Manor.
Level up to at least 19 (maybe must be before 1st going into the manor),
Complete the manor quest only until you get the hand & note. No more.
Soul trap a ghost there into Azura's Star. Use that soul.
Sleep for at least 72 hours somewhere not in the mansion (maybe can do inside).
Repeat the last two steps as many times as you want to enchant with grand souls.

I am writing this even as I fall asleep. Hopefully I did not talk jibbersih before my brain ran down.
