Where the spirits have lease , bugged?
Cant get the seller to return to Anvil to help lift the curse even with 100 persuasion .
Tried restarting, makes no difference

Did you get the note on the floor by the broken vase, and skeleton hand. I missed the note at first because it was kinda clipping into the floor and is kinda small.
