Enchanting is broken, BUG REPORT
Enchanting A skill or attribute doesn't let you change the one it picks by default, so you cannot enchant the attribute or skill you want onto ANYTHING.

Please fix.

Didn't know where else to post this.

EDIT: I wanted to add that I am playing this on Xbox and with a controller.

I had this issue with the controller, switching to mouse and keyboard fixed it, oddly it hasn't had that issue on controller since, ymmv.

I'm on xbox, but I'll try to see if I can find a keyboard to plug in, thanks for the tip, I hope it works on Console
Switched my button layout and it’s working now.
Partly now. It still doesn’t want to change sometimes

Update: I just got Frostcrag Spire, it's fully upgraded and I got both candles set up, it seems like the enchanting altars in the Spire work, I was able to change the fortify skill to a different one on the altar here, will edit this and add if I was able to edit everything else as well.

EDIT: It lets me choose skill on some things but not others, like I can choose it on a ring but then not on a piece of daedric armor. Additionally I cannot successfully craft anything with a fortify skill enchantment because once I choose the skill to fortify, it won't let me add the custom name, if I try to add the name first it doesn't let me choose the skill to fortify, making it impossible to fortify a specific skill on anything, so effectively still totally broken which is frustrating.

Being vampire is buged. In stage 3 of vampirism, you became bald if you go outside a house. No beard no hair. Obiously a bug...

It definitely feels like magic was not playtested. I had custom frost spells with lingering visual and audio effects, invisibility that only dissipated from my shirt and jewelry until I enter a new cell, and elemental shield spells which left my character with an on-fire effect.

Yeah Invis can also be bugged but at least it's visual only
