Enemies endlessly following you, Seeing you through walls.
Stealth doesn't seem to worksometimes and my sneak skill refuses to go up
Light armour, stealth character.
Also since the game uses gamebryo as a backend and the 'client' where npc can 'see' via visually is UE5, there is a good chance their 'detection' is way higher visibly than normal, negating your stealth skills massively.
In older games on the Bethesda game engines, their stealth mechanic is like a timer on a range with math that uses the skill to 'reduce' the detection distance.
But due to them using a plugin in UE5 to make it work with Oblivion's game engine, something was lost in translation and turned into a simple 'line of sight' detection, so if you are within a certain range in front of them, they will always see you, even if you have 100% stealth with 50% camouflage.
I also noticed when I creep up on enemies behind them in light armor that is a humanoid, I can rapid tap movement slightly at walk speeds and can creep closer, but they'll keep saying "Huh? Is someone there" on machine gun speeds.]
The 'build up' on the detection gauge is the same rate no matter the skill level when I creep up from behind, but from a distance it always has a cap on detection (for instance at X distance its always 0% detection, and closer at a certain range it's always 50%, locked in based on your movement). This is noise detection btw, not vision.
You couldn't just run around a corner and hide and the eye go away they'd still be searching until after a while of misdirect you'd finally break it by not being in the same place or close by but this seems... extreme. I ran from bruma to spire and a guard chased me from inside of bruma alllll the way up. I stayed inside for a few minutes and when i came back out here was standing there waiting on me. Called me criminal scum and took me to jail. And i had a bandit chase me even further basically from one town to the next. Even outran him and off screen him but he followed.

It's because you didn't charge it long enough after a draw. If you fire right away within a second it's 1x. If you charge it over 1 second, to around 2 seconds it does 3x consistently.
Basically it drains about 25% of my fatigue to do 3x damage.
