I bought the Deluxe Edition, or have I?

Sorry this is an updated version of the previous one I had deleted as I didn't make it clear, my apologies!

So I just turned on my laptop and I get a steam window pop up asking if I want to upgrade the game to deluxe edition. I was confused because I did buy the deluxe edition and this upgrade is offering the same stuff as the deluxe edition I bought? I know that in this game the items don't just automatically pop up like in other games and you need to get them yourself that I know, what I am confused about is why am I being offered an upgrade on the deluxe edition when I already have the deluxe edition?

Again I apologies for not making it clear in the previous version of this post so I had to write it again.

check your steam library if you have the soundtrack and artbook then you have the deluxe edition

In fact when I go to the store to double check it says that the deluxe edition is indeed in my library, yet there is the deluxe upgrade. Why would I need the upgrade when I bought it? Is this an error or something?

I only have the soundtrack but no artbook.

I bought Deluxe on Greenmangaming. I have a little DLC saying i have the deluxe content.
