[BUG] Two Uriel Septims

At the start of the game. After passing through the cave to meet up with the Emperor again I discovered there are two Uriel Septims along with his bodyguards. One just moves around while the other just stands there doing nothing. After the Emperor is assassinated there is one dead Emperor and one living Emperor who just stands next to the body. Somehow I can still interact with the living one who stays by the body. Does not block progress of the game.
