An Update Would Be Nice
It would be nice if there was even a small patch to fix even some of the most minor issues. It has been far too long since release to not have even one patch or update. What ever happened to day 1 patches?

At least address that you know there are issues, please. Because some of the problems that have been happening are causing gamebreaking glitches such as the game autosaving, then having me clip through the floor when i load the autosave, which (without mods) disables my achievements due to having to use the console to clip back into the world (that is if the seemingly 1 in a million chance it wants to even allow you to clip back in). Magical visual effects lasting well beyond their effect timers, invisible weapons in menus, the ui saying i have fists equipped rather than my actual weapon. The UI not showing me the effects of anything unless i hit the H button for details, then hit another button to swap the tab over to the actual effects details (when randomly, sometimes, there is a small dark box that just displays it when i hover, but only rarely sometimes, which i assume is intended to always be there.). There is alot of issues, and they need to be fixed. This isnt even all of them. Could you maybe fix the kvatch quest that was bugged in the original? just you know, edit one singlular part of a single quest in the MAIN STORY that has been bugged since forever?

Also, let me use a custom resolution. I have an ultrawide display, and i want to select a resolution (even if in windowed mode) that is a 16:9 without being forced into only 32:9 resolutions. And if i edit the INI file to be 16:9, my whole game just goes pure black if i load my game. This is unacceptible.

If you aren't going to release a patch note, just release an announcement at the very least stating that you are aware of the issues. Not ignoring it as a pump and dump money maker. "Oh we released the game, no worries the community will fix it like they have every elder scrolls before, its clearly not our job." Except it is, because this isn't bethesda, its Virtuos, and they are using the unreal egnine without OFFICIAL modding support. so Virtuos, fix your game, its not our job.

It's been a couple days and then a weekend.

They should fix things like the glaring tail issues for khajiit and argonians among other stuff, but it takes time.

I know it takes time, but at least acknowledge things, let the players know they are listening. I am a developer myself, i know its not instant fixes. But SOME of theses issues are easier to address than others. Tackle an easy one or two, then address youll fixing the others verbally soon.
You cant release a game then tell the team ITS OUT, 1 month break for everyone.

Developers were in a hurry to get this out to the cult Oblivion customers. I'm sure they will be back.

Im honestly surprised they haven't given an update yet I mean atleast a day one patch would've been good thats why I think it was a rushed job cash grab almost

it's Bethesda. you won't see any meaningful patches for this ever.

That gamepass patch was probably a test run for another upcoming Steam patch? We'll find out in time
I wish they'd hurry up and fix the cloud issue. I started the game on one of my work computers but want to play at night on my laptop or Ally X.

I bought the game after verifying it has cloud save. But it does not. it does not work.

cloud saves work fine if you get rid of onedrive

It's a studio called Triumph that did the remaster, so maybe we'll get some more patches.
At the very least, I hope they fix the graphics settings they broke with the last patch. : \

It make no sense to realease an early patch (or more than one) to fix half of the problems.
It make more sense wait couple weeks and release a big patch to fix multiple stuff, specially because the game is anyway perfectly playable right now while we wait for it.

They're working on it, my dude. They already pushed out an update too soon to game pass version and it broke dlss and some other stuff. I would like patches too, but I don't want them to push it out the door before it's ready.
Seeing as how the game has been out for 20 yrs you would think it'd be fixed by now :steamfacepalm:

It makes more sense to patch a few things ASAP along with a note saying more are coming. It helps with player sentiment too.

I'd like to see them fix the game crashing when making potions. It has happens a lot to me. At least I know what causes it so I just save before making potions.
