Crash
The game is crashing every time I tried to pass the first mission, doesn´t let me get out of the dungeon.

Try lowering your settings and just try try try. There's something really messed up with the transition to the overworld for some (many?) players.

I found the problem! Vortex is messing up the plugin.txt file. After restoring the file to the original load order of the base ESP, there were no more issues. So Uninstall all the mods in Vortex. Then delete all the lines in the plugins.txt file and copy in the original load order. After that, you can reinstall the mods through Vortex without any issues.

The correct load order is as follows

Oblivion.esm
DLCBattlehornCastle.esp
DLCFrostcrag.esp
DLCHorseArmor.esp
DLCMehrunesRazor.esp
DLCOrrery.esp
DLCShiveringIsles.esp
DLCSpellTomes.esp
DLCThievesDen.esp
DLCVileLair.esp
Knights.esp
AltarESPMain.esp
AltarDeluxe.esp
AltarESPLocal.esp
I was struggling with the same issue, at first it might seem like your GPU is the issue due to it saying video memory error but if you have a 13th gen Intel CPU, like I do, that is most likely the culprit. Intel released a microcode that should help with the issue but you need to update your BIOS to a newer version that includes that microcode.
