Quest "The Battle for Castle Kvatch" bugged out

Martin will not stop saying "charge the courtyard" even though all the scamps are dead.
Anyone have any advice?

Just go in on your own and find the count's ring. It triggers the next stage and you can finish the quest.

Just go inside and take the ring from the count. Then it will advance the quest.
