Horse is slow AF and you can't loot

Title. The horse is pointless to use as you can sprint just as fast and you can loot flowers or interact with anything you want, whilst riding a horse prevent you from doing so.

every city offers horses to buy and they all have different stats, some of them are faster some have more health some hit harder. one is like 3-4 times your max move speed from what i recall but the free ones are bottom of the barrel quality

This is one thing I don't like about the remaster, that they added sprinting, which was not needed. This means that horses are now slower relatively speaking than in OG Oblivion.
