Quest bugs form fighters guild

Hello guys,
i stuck i a quest. 1st i travel to chorrol and go in fighters guild. The guild chief said to me that i must go to Cheidinahl or Anvil. I go to Cheidinal and that quest from them has worked.
Than in Anvil, i should go to a lady witch has a rat problem. No quest in my log. I've searched the house and go in, kill the rats but that was wrong?
Next quest there, the husbands who want their ring back wich was stolen by a female gang. Searched per google. I should go in the harbor tavern, there will come one and talk to me. Have waited 2 inGame days, but there comes no one.. Fun goes away :/

I have the same problem with the rat quest!
Can not find a solution!

You were not supposed to kill rats! You should have first talked to the rat lady who would have informed you about problem with her pet rats.
'Siren's deception' is not part of Fighter's guild quest. But... Are you waiting in Flowing Bowl and not the other establishment?

My solution was, later with another character, i have scrolled down at Azzans text..^^

this is a radiant (rumour) anvil quest and not a fighters guild specific one.

Oh, this quest works also with my 2nd character.

Sometimes I've noticed you don't get the quest in the log even if you did the dialogue, talking to the quest-giver again and selecting the quest options tends to fix it.

You don't kill her rats your supposed to save them from mountain lions xd
