FPS drops

The game runs fine, until i go outside from open world. But here's the thing the game runs fine when i load my save when my character is outside, but when i go inside to specific areas and go out again in the open world FPS drastically drops down to atleast 20-30fps

Does it stay that way, or does it slowly get better if you stare in one direction?
I've experienced that it can increase slightly after a few seconds.

it stays like this until i restarted the game and load the save when i was in the open world. But the issue persist when i go inside some areas then go back to open world

Sounds like a memory leak. Crossed fingers they'll fix it soon.

Make sure your hardware doesn't get overheated. Sounds a bit like throttling.

Be sure to play in well aired areas and have a proper hydration. That should solve the problem.
