I think so. They added new VA's and recorded loads of new dialogue. They redid every texture in the entire game. They added ton of new animations. They overhauled the entire levelling system which I bet was a task and a half. They redid the entire face mesh system so it looks more natural when people speak. They added a few quality of life stuff. They looked over skill perks and changed some stuff.
Well worth the price tag IMO.
If yes, then this is a must buy, sooner or later.
But if you are on a budget you can always wait it out
If not then not
I personally think that Oblivion doesn't live up to what came before and even after in the series. So I obviously didn't enjoy the remaster for the same reasons.
Because essentially it's the same game under the hood but with shiny new graphics plastered all over. But some people may actually like it for that reason alone. Just not me.
