Petition to restore original fatigue system

Fatigue isn't tied to physical damage anymore, you only do less damage at 0 fatigue but otherwise you do the same damage at any other % of total fatigue.

In the old game it would scale for all % and would even increase if you increases your fatigue beyond base value.

This would add another layer to combat, ans it seems like physical damage does a lot less than what it originally could.

Yeah but in the old one the improved willpower bonus was based off your base willpower, so you could create a cursed build with low willpower and then any increase of willpower will scaled better as opposed to having a higher based willpower

uhm... just noticed my fatigue doesn't increase when i raise strenght or endurance points when hit level up. Is it "new fatigue system"?) anyone with such problem?

I stopped playing immediately when i noticed this in the sewers when fighting goblins. You can just sit there and block power attacks forever, totally ruins the combat, oblivions fatigue system was super in depth and added layers upon layers of combat decisions. As well as the negative fatigue ragdolling you or enemies. it also charges back up in like 3 seconds even when running. It is basically skyrim combat , which is why i never could get into that game. Also, the light attacks FELT SO GOOD in og oblivion, so smooth like a fast flurry. They totally ruined that to with even light attacks being these weird heavy swings that feel awful and have no combat flow. Also enemies with shields never even attempt to block your arrows anymore. its hilariously bad. in og oblivion they would raise their shield to block an arrow you shot at them. Now they just stupidly run at you

This should have been a option that could be toggled. For the people who like the super dumbed down skyrim combat they could have that, and people who enjoy combat depth and strategy could have the OG system. Forcing it into the dumb version is ridicolous, but lets be real 99% of the people player don't care at all. it is what it is. Makes me want to play OG oblivion again

The achievement restore mod was out on day 1 of release. Thats always one of the first mods out for any moddable game.
