yep
Are you using an AMD GPU from the last couple gens? I was having this issue with my 7800xt until I remembered adrenaline frame gen is on by default. Once I turned that off it shot back up to my locked 120fps.

It's Unreal 5 running on top of the Gamebryo engine. It's a surprise it even runs at all.
I get about 50 in most places open world but when I hit an area I've never been to it tanks for a few seconds.
no issues here. Have you considered upgrading your ancient hardware?

Tell them! They dont read any of these posts.
I'll be clogging up their support line with requests for an optimized UE5 game, a first of its kind in terms of AAA studios.
Their URL is : https://help.bethesda.net/#en/home/product/1402/oblivionrecat/287/feedback/1134

and if that fails,

Post this if you dont wish to come up with your own grievance:
I have seen many videos of users playing (some with high end hardware like a 9800x3d and 5090) and experiencing stutter and wildly variable frame rates with some hitting 30 FPS without DLSS.

Due to the abysmal performance of the title, are there any plans to further optimize the game now that it's released and generating revenue?
Will any effort be made to make the game more immersive as the above greatly interferes with the players immersion.

nope. getting avg 150 fps open world, 200 fps indoors.

hardware problem?
Sanquin Apr 26 @ 9:54pm
40~45 fps outside, stable 60 in dungeons. (I capped it at 60) Which isn't a surprise. The open world is larger, and has a lot more to render.
remember "removing features such as LUMEN is not a fix its reverting the remaster buff to the original " defeats the purpose of playing the remaster wait for a Bethesda patch

No. It's clearly a local issue, since it runs fine on newer hardware on ultra.

Most people that are. Everyone saying it runs great are using upscaling or upscaling/frames or have a 5080/5090

Found a fix that boost fps up just lower "resolution scale" option in graphics to a lower number will see a huge increase in FPS . Works good for being in open world
