Weird lighting bug at random loads

So Ive been running into this issue where at random times, all light in the game will just go away, and all that I see is basically just silhouettes of everything, and all the characters go invisible except their armors. If Im in a cave or somewhere that uses candles for like (ex. the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary) its literally unplayable. restarting the game fixes it, albeit temporarily, but it keep happening. Anyone else have any idea about this? Ive done all the routine fixes, verifying files, reinstall, etc. but nothing.

This has been happening to me a ton too, I've just been restarting too but a fix would be great
