BIOS related, your version is probably outdated. I had to re-inst Windows from scratch. Now it's working like a charm.
I personally think its either a Nvidia issue or a Intel. the later intel cpus aren't great last i heard.

But my computer makes buzzing sound, it's not any fan, not ssd because i repleaced it recently with brand new, i dunno what it is. Temperature and voltage everywhere is fine, not exceeding 50 degree celcious on ultra setting with 35-50 fps outside, 50-70 in towns 85-120 interior. But this buzzing sound pisses me off, i visited computer repair already, they have no ideea what tf is that.

I did an this causes the same issue for me. Turning it off thru nv profile inspector did the trick
