Enhanced blood mod?

Is there one out yet? Imo, BGS games suck without these mods. Couldn't play TESV or TESVSE, FO4, SF etc without it. Feels like it's censored. I already heard there's no decapitation in this so that's already a downside, but is there at least some blood and gore mod?

Be Patient, Creating mods takes time. In a few years there will be all manner of things you can do in this game and fixes. Just look at skyrim

The problem is that the remake uses UE5, not a variant of the Creation Engine.
The whole process of creating mods is different.

And I know from experience with other UE games that modding is somewhat more limited without certain tools.

So while I am confident that modding will ramp up over time, I am also quite confident that we won't see skyrim levels of freedom.
