for nvidia users that want less brown and a more vibrant look like the original.
hopefully this combination of mods and nvidia app filters will help you.
each mod has instructions.

first you will need this engine tweak that helps with performance as well as remove chromatic aberration and film grain: https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivionremastered/mods/35

if you dont want to use the engine tweak you can use this alternitave just dont remove the fog as it kills the framerate: https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivionremastered/mods/483
i use the disable bloom mod.

now download and use this reshade: https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivionremastered/mods/72

the reshade removes brown tint and makes it look better though for me it seemed to make the colors look a bit washed out as well it looking like the brightness being high but that was just my display you might have better results.

lastly in game bring up the nvidia overlay (Alt Z) and enable the rtx hdr and rtx dynamic vibriance you may have to restart the game for them to take effect, for rtx dynamic vibriance you may have to adjust the intensity and saturation as the default may be a bit too much, for me i put both on 30. and the game should look much better and more like the original.

finally if you are on amd and have features similar to rtx hdr and rtx dynamic vibriance you might be able to get the same results as me.

id post a screenshot of my results but i'm still learning steams features.
