Don't listen to these hating fools. There is a mod on Nexus Mods that finally was allowed to exist to do that. It should be the most endorsed mod for this game. You could also hit up the other modding sites for a variation of it.

Also there are a few quest lines that sex does play a role in gameplay. Though I'm not going to buy this mess of a game in its current state to see how it is impacted. I will stick to the OG game I bought a long time ago.
