Weird slidey aim when using a bow
Got a weird bug that I thought was Aim Assist at first, but whenever I draw my bow and notch an arrow, the vertical aim seems to have some kind of weird slide to it. Only when I'm aiming above a certain amount. If this is a feature of the game it's absolutely awful.

It's like the vertical aiming angle is on ice, like it's really slow to start and stop when I get it moving. It's really damn annoying.
Even happens on mouse controls, definitely not aim assist, got those turned off on both.

Are you sure what you're experiencing isn't simply gravity? These are arrows, not bullets. And they aren't hitscan.

I'm talking about my bow aiming, not how arrows arc when fired.
Same thing is happening to me on the PS5. Occasional reset or leaving a location will temporarily fix it.

yep seeing this also, haven't found any way to stop it though, restarting the game fixed it for now

Unfortunately doesn't seem to help for me...
it does this when sprinting as well and trying to look up and down.
Restarting the game fixed it for me
Thought maybe I was just tired and seeing things, but it's definitely a thing. I think it may be tied in with Acrobatics skill increases, as trying to steer during jumps feels a bit like Satisfactory once you get the jetpack.
