Delux Edition Armor Question

Hi folks, <3 I got the delux edition, but not sure where or how to find the delux edition armor skins? Is this in a chest in your first purchased House or is this some kind of quest and if so, where or how do I initiate those quests?

It's a short quest. Barrel next to Talos statue in City.

There's 2 separate quests, one quest for each set.

To get the Akatosh gear, you need to do A Wound in Time quest from Ilav Dralgoner outside the Kvatch camp.

To get the other set you need the quest Burning Trail started by collecting Mythic Dawn pamphlet on the barrel to the left of the dragon statue in the Talos Plaza District of the Imperial City.
