buy this on steam? Can I buy the windows store version and use mods though?
basically my pc can't handle this game yet, I'm not planning to upgrade until december. I can buy it for xbox which will also get me a copy for PC but it would be the windows store version via xbox play anywhere.

I was wondering...are mods available for those versions? What would you guys recommend? Steam later or xbox version now for both console and pc?
