Stuck in Mystic Emporium and console no opening

Inside the shop it's not possible to interact with the door leading outside, the tooltip doesn't even appear when approaching the door. I'm trying to teleport outside but I can't get the console to shop up after I installed some mods, I have no idea which mod changed it but I'm trying to find how to enable it through one of the ini files, anyone where I can find this?

Same PC, I have to steal something re-log and guard comes in and ports you to jail is the only way I have found to exit.

I had this problem myself and trying multiple things I found that if you just like shove you face into the door and look to the left eventually you'll see the interaction pop up. It seems there's a 2nd door model placed in front of this, and you maybe need to clip your cursor through it to click on the door.
