The original Oblivion whitewashed Cyrodiil into Generic Medieval Europe™, ignoring TES lore that paints it as a melting pot of Colovian warlords, Nibenese mystics, and marginalized Khajiit/Argonian communities. The remaster restores this depth:

TES 6 is still gonna suck if they don't completely revamp the combat system. the market has experienced Dark Souls and the fallout from that. People aren't going to spend the next 30 years buying TES 6 re-releases if it's a left click simulator again.
