Why is it ragebait to be able to play the game with decent hardware?
Sorry I'm not a noob trying to play a UE5 game on a 10 year old PC.
Graphics: AMD Radeon RX 7600S
Processor: AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS Mobile
RAM: 16G DDR5
I have no idea if this is decent or mid or what as I don't know anything about computers but I do know it's far from 10 years old, and this game is running like pure ass and crashing frequently for me.
Based on the specs it looks like your system is about 2 years old. If it was as human child it would be walking & talking by now. Not to mention you're running a low-power GPU and a mobile processor. Your card is at the bottom of the benchmark hierarchy of 2025 (And that's not even the low-powered S variant you're running). The GPU/CPU you bought 2 years ago wasn't even top of the line at the time you bought it... So, essentially your system is closer to 3 - 4 years old as far as tech goes.

I think a lot of the people complaining about the performance fall exactly into this camp. They're also the same people that probably think 60 fps is unplayable and are mad it won't stick to 120 or whatever their native refresh is. Just cap to 60 fps you will be fine.
It's low-tier, not even really mid.
RX7600X was released in 2023, but it's performance is equivalent to a GTX 1080, which is a card from 9 years ago. I used to have a GTX 1080 when I was in college lol.
I think some of you greatly underestimate the gamer that wants to game. You scoff at those who won't upgrade, I get it, PC's are expensive, but that's not the point. The fact that the game can run on low-end rigs with mods is the point.
You do care, you're just in a situation where you can't do anything about it. (e.g. budget constrains, other responsibilities, etc.)
There's no one that says "gee I really enjoy the terrible performance of the games I'm playing and I never want to experience better performance in my entire life, no matter how much money I make! I could be a billionaire and I still want bad graphics!"
Doesn't work like that. You just put up with it because what else can you do? If you won a lotto for a billion dollars tomorrow, you'd be running to the store to buy a 5090. Because with that much money, it would be like pennies to you. So whatever dude.
