I would like more other people share weird gimmicks in the game here. Maybe change your topic a bit if it's okay.
No,I didn't use it. I want to play the game as it is. So no power leveling of any kind.
I don't remember now which level they start appearing. But you supposed to progress more naturally and obtaining the right gears to handle them okay. Suddenly lvling very high makes it harder to keep your character "update". Also those Skeletons are the most difficult Skeleton enemy in all Elder Scrolls games I have played even Daggerfall.
