Frostcrag door broken?
I started playing today after the update and all the extra dlc popped up at once. I decided to go to Frostcrag and after getting there the door can't be opened. Not just locked but no option to interact with it. Quest doesn't even have a marker its like the entrance doesn't exist at all

DLC do not pop up at once in Remastered. So what are you playing?
Go get the key from the chest literally just by the edge of the cliff next to it to open it

I'm playing the Deluxe Remaster, after the newest update all the dlc (all player homes and Mehrunes Razor) popped up at once for me. Even if I load a save from the beginning of the game they pop up.

I have the key but the option to unlock the door wasn't showing. I ended up having to noclip into the door to see the prompt for it.
I actually came here because I'm having the same issue. I had this issue with the basement door in the abandoned house in Cheydinhal for the Dark Brotherhood quest, too - not the one you have to use the password at but the one to go into the basement. It just had no activation spots at all, it was like a fake door. Eventually I found one spot in the very top left corner where I could activate it. I have been unable to find such a spot with Frostcraig. I'm verifying my files right now but if that doesn't work I'll use the noclip option.
Following up to say verifying the files fixed it for me, in both places. I had to re-add my mods to the plugins doc but that's to be expected.
Had the same issue, ended up just uninstalling the QOL mods I'd added and that was the only thing that fixed it. May try to re-add them now that I've gotten into the tower, but something with modding is causing some minor issues (like OP, installing the mods instantly had all the quests for the DLC start instantly, so it's something getting triggered in the background somewhere)

I'm not 100% sure since I deactivated everything, but today I did a full redo of all the mods and everything worked. However, originally I had used Nexus Vortex as my mod manager to get them all installed, and that apparently is causing a lot of problems with load order, and is likely screwing things up. If you've used a mod manager, I would reset your plugins.txt to default (there is a plugin manager on Nexus to make this easier), and then start over by doing the MANUAL install on every mod, rather than using the mod manager. Hopefully that will get things working for you as well.

So i got mine working and the solution was stupid,
when you run vortex the default order for the DLC's is incorrect,

This is known as the oblivion.esm should be at the top or the game doesnt run,
But turns out the other DLC's do have an order they have to be loaded at.

So what was happening was mystic emporium and frostcrag where breaking, dont know what was breaking frostcrag but it would make sense that the emporium broke aswell as it is involved in that dlc,

So I had to find out what the origonal load order was before vortex reordered it, then told Vortex to load it in the correct order.

For anyone else hitting this the order that works is:

Oblivion.esm
DLCBattlehornCastle
DLCFrostcrag
DLCHorsearmor
DLCMehrunesRazor
DLCOrrery
DLCShiveringisles
DLCSpelltomes
DLCThievesDen
DLCVileLair
Knights
AltarESPMain
AltarDelux
AltarGymNavigation
TamrielLeveledRegion
--Then all your mods

ive now got multipule hours of play time on oblivion and it was all spent fixing mod lists and restarting, they really got the classic oblivion experience just right lol

Thank you so much. This fixed the clipping issues and the [NL] tag that was appearing on dlc for me.
