I understand where the OP comes from. Imagine a chef who always puts a small amount of a spice nobody likes into the soup. People realize it but can't quite put their finger on it and remain silent. One day by accident he spills the whole can into the food. That's when people say "This is it. This is the thing that's been annoying me for years. What's it called, fenugreek? We don't want this." From that moment on they complain about even the slightest dose. It was games like dustborn and dragon-age who rubbed the message into the face of us benevolent players making us feel like a racist and sexist out of the blue. And that's why "knife-tip-dose-games" like the oblivion remaster draw crtiticism, too. Me I had a short laugh while removing the eyeshades from my "body-type B" character and that's it for me. Even in KCD2 I had a laugh when the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ were called nomads (although "vagantes" would be the proper medieval term) but you still can fence stolen horses with them.
