Couldn´t escape from Gardens of Flesh and Bone
in the DLC Quest: Shivering:Rebuilding the Gatekeeper - After collecting all Ingredients, the Door to the outside was gone. I was able to walk into it and fall down the map and reappear 10m infront of the not existing door. The Spell that shows you where to go on your Quest showed me that i need to go through a wall. ( Maybe the wall was supposed to open idk).
Saving and reloading didnt helped and i couldnt fast travel. I fixed it by opened the consol and teleported to my current Quest target, but i guess no more achievements for me now.

Just ran into this bug yesterday, seeing if a sweaty redditor might have an answer, going to be annoyed if I have to give up achievements over a soft lock, but not the end of the world

The best solution I could find was to add the achievement unlocker mod that essentially just stops Bethesda from blocking your achievement progress. All you have to do is download and place the file in the correct spot, then load an unblocked save and console commands should be safe to use from then on out.

You could try adding the mod and then loading a blocked save and see if it unblocks the save, but I didn't test that out.

I just ran into this issue myself, I thought I was going to have to use the console as well. But I was messing around to see if I can get the door to load, I decided to make a save next to the door facing away from it and left to a different area. After I entered the new area I reloaded the save and the door appeared for me, IDK if I got lucky but maybe that'll help anyone else that might run into it again.
GENIE UR THE MAN THAT WORKED FOR ME <3 <3 <3
Wait.... you guys HAD a door to enter the area and gather ingridents?! O.o

Yupp, worked for me too, since I was not even inside the dungeon yet, I could head back to cyridill and reload the save.

I doubt Bethesda will care to fix this type of loading issues. As with Skyrim, I think the best bet is to keep an eye out on Nexus for a permanent fix.

Worked for me, took a few attempts though. Ended up running to the bottom of the stairs facing away from entrance. Then went to new area and loaded back up. Real finicky like. Give it a few attempts. Took me four tries.

Hi im on console. Just wanted to say.thanks. It didnt work exactly as u said but.some.save load stuff worked.eventually. What.worked for.me.was to switch.to.a different characters save enter and leave a building there (optional.maybe) and then switch back. All.my saves were i this.dungeon on that character cus of ps5 save limits and me.being grumpy.and keepings full saves to a.minimum so.i dont have to delete. So.i.would ve lost my entire 60+ hour character so thanks for the help in general. TLDR: ps5.solution: save looking away.from door, load a different characters.save and load save from.the character in dungeon
I am playing on xbox, i managed to get it to load as someone else said, i made a save at the bottom of the stairs then left to the next area, i let the game autosave then just loaded between the saves until the door was there, took 3 tries
I also got stuck, kept loading and reloading. The secret door never appeared, but after a random few loads the original front door (that was the black void you fall through) loaded and I was just able to walk outside.
