Cant Move When entering Summermist Manor For DB quest "Whodunit"

When i enter the manor im instantly pulled into dialogue with the one woman and after im done with it, I cant move, use escape to open my pause menu, The only things i can seemingly do is crouch and open the console. any ideas on how i can fix this? I really dont wanna use the console to bypass the quest,

Your going to hate this, but entering the command enableplayercontrols at least restores your ability to move. kinda annoying that one of the best quests in Oblivion is broken at the door in such a terrible way

Never would have thought about that console command "enableplayercontrols" but G Dang did it save me from giving up on the quest line. Thanks @TrinalGalaxy
