Temple of the one - Lighting the dragonfires

So I'm at the end of the main story and Martin just stands there inside the temple of the one without the quest triggering. He's supposed to use the amulet and trigger a "cutscene" but he doesn't do anything... I tried reentering the temple, restarting the game, reloading the save.. nothing seems to work..
What now?

Same here on ps5… The strange thing is that it worked for my first character, but bugged for my second character
