CPU Load 100%

Is this okay this game is loading my CPU up to 100% and now i have about 20 fps even in the starting SEWERS?

I get it we have MUCH bigger problems as - body types and etc, and im warned about those guys who have 5099 GPUs and they have ZERO issues with perfrormance,

but my specs are 3060ti, i5-10400f - i know it is not a high end setup for 2025 but there is no reasons to have my CPU load on 100% and GPU load on 20%

I think there's a bug here. Sometimes all processors are pegged at 100% indefinitely. Other times, the game runs great. Sometimes the title screen is like this too. I have an i7-12700KF.

Try going into Task Manager > Details > right click the process and choose Set Affinity. Play with these a bit, try disabling CPU 0 and see if it helps, try disabling all but one, etc.

If this doesn't work you can try going into msconfig, Boot tab, Advanced Options and making sure the "Max number of processors" setting isn't lower than your actual max. You'll need to reboot.

I'm running a Yeston 6800xt and a Ryzen 5700x3D. I am getting 80+ FPS on maxed out settings at 1440p.

CPU is 4 generations old. 3060ti? Not even a good GPU. Dude, lower your expectations. You do not have a hardcore rig. Don't expect hardcore results

It was generally shader compilation issue - i installed 566.36 version of NVIDIA drivers and now it runs smooth (50 fps openworld)

He's experiencing 100% usage, my i7-9700 doesn't even experience 100% usage. They did not upgrade NPC logic or anything like that lol. His specs should be performing farrrr better than they are, clearly a game bug or hardware/software misconfiguration.

Nah im not satisfied with 50 but it is what i have to work with for now

Oops, didn't see. Glad to hear then although I think your specs should be far exceeding 50 FPS at least in most areas.

alt-tabbing out of game does this. Bethesda being Bethesda. i have a 3060 btw and the game runs flawlessly on ultra. 12gig vram ftw running unlimited fps also
