Just wondering.

You don’t, because you don’t own the game
When creating your character, there's two specific options, one, upon closer examination looks like a male, and the other like a female.
Then depending on which you want, you just pick one of the two.

You actually can pick a male or female option, they left it in the game but hid it. The choice of man and women is relabelled as character background. If you choose one background you get the male voice for your character if you choose the other you get the female voice. Doesn't matter what body type you choose the game assigns you male or female based on character background.

I remember the days when people who played video games could make it past the character creation stage before getting stuck.

You can't identify which is which? You need labels to tell you that? I feel bad for you.
Jesus Christ man, I’m so tired of seeing this same whining every single new release. I don’t agree with the whole more than one gender topic, but that’s okay because it’s just my own personal opinion. There is no need to spread hate speech just because you don’t agree with something. We know what a male body looks like, we know what a female body looks like, pick one and be done with it. Who cares if it’s not labeled as such? God. I miss the days where politics and video games were two entirely separate things.
you have to buy the game first
I don't care. I'm special and until they add body type 3.14, no buy.

I don't disagree with any of this - it drives me nuts from both sides of the argument. Just play the damn game.

However -I did want to ask - you know there is more than one gender, right? Did you want to bump that up by one? :)

Then why are you angry that people are voicing the desire to exclude gender politics from games?
