[Bug] character moves on his own

I have a Logitech TKL keyboard and every so often when I exit a building or enter my character starts to run uncontrollably in one direction until I hit the key in the direction the character was running.

Anyone else experiencing this particular issue?

I am having the exact same issue. I have a Drop CSTM80 keyboard. The bug sucks. I fell off of a bridge while in Oblivion. Died.

Q is the autorun key - are you hitting autorun by accident?

I think I figured it out. It was a bug in the original game too. It would cause the game to think you have a joystick connected even though you might not. I have the gamepass version and had the same problem, but go to the game files and chane the oblivion.ini and the oblivion_default.ini (idk whick one actually needs to be changed but I changed both for good measure).

I browsed files on Oblivion Remaster and followed the path The Elder Scrolls IV- Oblivion Remastered> content> OblivionRemastered> Content> Dev>ObvData> Oblivion.ini and Oblivion_default.ini should both be there.

I use Notepad++ to edit these files and find bUse Joystick=1 and set to =0 on both. This should stop the game from randomly walking in a direction messing you up.
