Body type 1 and 2 is what occurs when you remove all pronouns from a character creator. He/She and Male/Female are in fact pronouns.

Argonians are canonically, genetically genderfluid, and can change their sex by consuming the hist. They also self assign their preferred sex at birth. They could just go to the nearest Hist tree and be whatever they feel like. The hist is like, weird and lets Argonians do lots of crazy ♥♥♥♥.
