Very low sneak dagger damage on Expert

I'm trying to do Brotherhood missions which its about hitting sneak attack while they sleep or smh. But even if it says 8x damage, the health they loose is barely visible. %5 , %10 at most. After that I can still do the job since my bow doing much better damage for some reason. Agility should help for both bow and dagger but I got like zero damage with dagger. Any reason for this? Or is this also happens to you? I'm still level 8 btw but the damage diffrence shouldn't be like this.

You're doing 8x damage. It's just that the expert difficulty is currently broken. Until a patch is released for more fine tuning of difficulty/damage numbers, you're best off playing Adept as a sneak damage oriented player.

The fix for this should't be more then few line changes while its been 3 days
