So I tried to kill that dude but its impossible, I carry the necessary black gem but he just does not talk to me so he can be MORTAL. I tried loading an older save, still bugged. Any solution since here there are no console to type kill instead of bothering yall here.

Already did an no one have the solution.. Guess ill have to wait until a mod make him vulnerable or killable. I dont think im the only one with that problem...

I have this bug too. Can't talk to him. Can't hit him. He's just standing there. Reloaded old saves. Waited a few days for the dungeon to reset. Nothing has worked so far. Hoping they fix this soon.

Same problem, I can speak with him or attack him. I saw some folks on reddit using console commands but then, no achievements.

He tries to paralyze you to initiate dialogue the first time you see him. If you are wearing 100% resistance to paralysis, it might break the script.

OK, so I found a solution, install oblivion remastered script extender, open de console with < and kill him with the console. That was the ONLY solution I founded.
