A Few Questions on Mechanical Differences
I'm having a bit of trouble finding some specific documentation on a few systems, other than they're just "different" than in Oblivion. It may just be my stat sheet brain at work, but I'd like to know if we have a deeper understanding of how these new mechanics work. Can anyone help out with a few?

1) Fatigue- Is your extra damage still based on buffing beyond your maximum Fatigue? In other words, is it still more beneficial to have a lower amount of base fatigue and then buff it through spells or otherwise, or has the fatigue change effected this? I'm basically wondering if the new system has accounted for incentivizing wanting a bigger natural fatigue pool

2) Skill Level Ups- So we know that it's not a "level 10 skills get a level" and that skills aren't just "do activity X times regardless of how difficult it is." But do we know the actual formulas? For example, casting higher Magicka costing spells levels the skill faster, but is it on an exponential curve, or is it just based on "cast enough times getting to X amount of magicka cost."

-Related to that, do we know the mechanics of how much a higher level skill effects the level up meter. For reference, leveling something from 90-91 fills your experience bar faster than something from 30-31. Do we know the full math on that?

Another semi-related question in regards to Acrobatics and Athletics. Since we get faster skill ups based on more "advanced" activities, does this also apply to them? Like if I were to jump from a very high distance, will that level Acrobatics more than a simple hop? Same with Athletics, does sprinting factor into this at all? Like does the rate of skill increase go up based on how *long* you're sprinting (thus giving an additional benefit to higher fatigue pools.)

I'm sure I'm probably forgetting a couple, but these are just the ones I was thinking of while I was progressing through the Arena this morning. Any help would be appreciated!

It's a great resource for sure, but it ultimately has the same issue I'm faced with. It says that these specific mechanics are changed, but doesn't elaborate. Sorry if I was a little unclear, I'm looking to find the formulas and such, to understand the inner mechanics.
[Edit] It did at least clarify on Fatigue, as it looks like it only effects damage now once it gets lower, and doesn't increase damage when overbuffed beyond maximum

Then I think you'll have to deduce the formulas yourself :D This is generally how all the formulas get added to UESP in the first place, we just learn over time, by observing them in action. It is really ridiculous how poorly Beth has documented their changes to the original game...

So true, haha. Appreciate the assistance! Hopefully we'll figure these things out as time goes on.
