Check you don't have any background framework killing your fps.
That's just about every game if you try to run with minimum specs.
Minimum usually means lowest settings and 20-30 fps
The RTX 20 series was really bad in general with Ray Tracing performance and AMD only just now has good RT performance this year so I have zero clue why they recommended anything below an RX 9070.
I have 1050 ti and with usage of ini from Nexus which disabled Shadows i run game 40 on low settings with only setting being up to medium is textures.
So yeah....requirements are a joke.....
Okay? If you want full 1440P 60 FPS you'll need a better GPU.
Because 1080P 30 FPS is considered playable. And it very much is playable.
For someone like me, however, who simply must have everything at ultra and minimum 1440P you'll need something like a 4080.
