It's funny because the one they're talking about only has like 3k unique downloads compared to all of the other mods and alot of people making sockpuppet accounts to endorsment spam it. It's like there's tools to track this stuff and the outrage their expressing is just alot of really loud people spamming forums.

Peak playercount of around 190k on steamcharts.

Mod has only around 8k unique downloads total according to nexus.

That is around 4.2% of the playerbase that actually gives a ♥♥♥♥ about the body types enough to mod it out of the game.

Total steam sales are estimated to be around 670k units total.

So that's 8000 copies of the game that have had body type 1 and 2 modified out.

These people are not the majority they claim to be.

I mean, no, it's not the most popular mod if we're going to be literal (whether OP or otherwise), but with 8k unique downloads, it's still up there. There was clearly enough backlash to make Nexus backpedal.

Even so, OP could have just avoided the embarrassment with a quick Google search, unless they were looking for a reaction.

How many of those people simply downloaded the mod and played the game instead of whining about it I wonder? Seems like it's most of them, weird how even the majority of the people who downloaded the mod felt no need to make a big deal out of it.
