Runs like a dog
Horrible performance on a rx 6650xt @ 1080P. Once you leave the sewers & Patrick Stewart behind, the fps tanks hard & the lagging starts (& the into stuff unfortunately takes the time past the refund period). It's been a long time since I've seen a game this poorly optimised. Ridiculous really, a 6650xt isn't top end, but it's not even close to being obsolete.

I don't get the analogy. Dogs generally run pretty well, don't they?

on-topic: What are your other settings besides resolution? Have you played around with the settings any? Is there any level of settings it runs well on your spec's with?
Minimum specs say you need a NVIDIA GeForce 1070 Ti.

Sounds like an upgrade is needed?

Our almost 13-y/o dog still can outpace the best of them. (She turns 13 next month. Pretty much geriatric in dog years.)
So I looked up the specs on an rx 6650 xt because I'm not generally familiar with amd gpu's and it seems it is a bit on the low side for memory bandwidth and texture mapping. I would try turning down the textures to medium or something
So it runs well then?
Runs like a Ferrari for me

I clicked on the topic to say the same thing lol. Dogs are excellent runners.

There was a youtube vid (same card, v.slightly worse cpu), where someone got it going modestly well - I tried playing with the settings & also tried an engine.ini swap, but nothing seems to work consistently for me (the lag & fps is all over the place - rain in particular seems to bring the fps to 15-20 & in general outdoors it's unplayable). I'm generally surprised, given how well Cyberpunk '77 & KCD-2 run on my setup.
Runs like a sloth would be a better analogy for you

It's an old saying, no idea where it comes from (google claims it dates back to early motorcars).
it runs fine... not so well but the issues are stutters that happens before it crashes.
