I don't need to do research of something I am personally keenly aware of. Sounds like you do though.
I'm a consultant for a firm that works with companies across basically every industry. If you think QA is any better or worse in most industries (there are some exceptions, but not many) compared to AAA video games then you're just fooling yourself.
Try going to "%USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Oblivion Remastered\Saved\Config\WinGDK" and adding the lines to the bottom of engine.ini.
EDIT: this pathing is for Gamepass versions. I dunno if the steam version uses the same path for the users engine.ini
