Add these lines to Engine.ini:

[SystemSettings]
Altar.UpscalingMethod=1
Altar.DLSS.Quality=4
Altar.DLSS.FG.Enabled=1
Altar.Reflex.Mode=3

DLSS Quality -> 4 = Quality, 5 = Balanced, 6 = Performance, 7 = Ultra Performance
Reflex: 1 = On, 3 = On + Boost
Engine. ini path:
Game Pass - C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Documents\My Games\Oblivion Remastered\Saved\Config\WinGDK
Steam - C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Documents\My Games\Oblivion Remastered\Saved\Config\Windows

Do not forget to set the file to read-only! This also works when using the DLSS + FSR mod.

If you prefer FSR:
[SystemSettings]
Altar.FSR3.Enabled=1
Altar.FSR3.FI.Enabled=1
Altar.FSR3.Quality=2
Altar.FSR3.Sharpness=25

Eh... have a little empathy man. Don't wish for people being fired because of a little screw up like this.
I'm on 5070 Ti and still can't use DLSS or FrameGen. Turn on Lumen Hardware RT an frames drop nearly 50%. Latest driver, haven't had any crashes though.

Edit: Stable @ 60FPS with Lumen on Ultra

Same card..I got smooth motion going and running Framgen on GP version.

Just open the control panel and add the "launcher helper" in the Xbox folder to the list of programs and you can then edit it in the app..you can only add smooth motion tho(FG)

This here changed my FPS from 60ish to 100+. Many thanks.
Went from 120-140 FPS with everything cranked, to 40 fps. I have tried overriding DLSS 4 through Nvidia App, makes minimal difference - got me up to the 50s-60s.... still playable I guess but compared to teh 120 I KNOW I should be getting makes it a lot less fine.

i9-1980HX
RTX 4080 (175w TDP)
32GB DDR5 - 5600
2560x1600

I guess I will just wait for them to realize someone ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up and play something else....
+1 for those of us lucky enough not to get the patch before they pulled it.

bro did they actually pull the patch and some people are still able to play with frame gen LOL this is hilarious and sad
Is there a way to revert to the previous game pass version?
Can't confirm for anyone else's PC builds, but uh.... I'm having the same issue with DLSS not showing BUT it's using 0% of my GPU and 90% of my CPU?!?!

I was easily playing the game -albeit slightly lower than 60fps- with no issues. Now it can't even load without stutter :ccskull:

They must have, because I still have not received it.
