Stralight won't illuminate in first person
Starlight activates and the buff is present on the HUD, but there won't be a small light source levitating around the character unless I switch to third person view.

I've had the same problem ...have to zoom out, wait for the animation to start circling you, then zoom back in. It' happens with all of the light spells i seems
