How to delete/ deactivate a quest?

I have a quest to buy a house and already have one.

I have a quest to buy a house in the Imperial City. I have already bought that house, and the game won't let me buy it again. There are no more houses to buy in the Imperial City. Oh well, I guess I can live with it.

You can't, but you can complete the quest for the house by buying all the furniture then it moves to your completed log.

Yes, and you can get rid of the red direction arrow for this quest by getting another quest.

if you don't care about achievements, you can use the console (tilde key on US style keyboards and # key on german layout) to progress the quest, tho i don't know what exactly to write, but you can probably find it online (should theoretically be the same commands as in the original). if you do, you might have to install some kind of achievement unlocker mod [as in avoids the achievements being disabled due to modding or console commands] from the nexus (make sure it states to work against console based achievement locking aswell) and then do that. that way you SHOULD be able to "finish" the quest, while still getting achievements if the achievement unlocker mod works as intended.
