With DLSS, there is a bug in the background of conversations with NPCs.
When you talk to an NPC, white dots like screen windows appear in the background. surrounding the NPC.
It doesn't affect the game allowed, but it looks very annoying.
This seems to be a DLSS-induced graphics bug.

That's not DLSS causing that. Sometimes your armor will inherit spells you cast/you have cast on you and it doesn't go away until you put the armor on again. Restoration spells for instance can cause the effect to stick and make you have yellow shimmering effects around you. I used flare earlier and was on fire for around 30 mins until I realized I was bugged lol.

Got the same one - Propably will be reinstalling the game to that the shaders are reloaded
