You can still walk into wall sneak

For those that like doing the 100 sneak in the jail cell at the start people. Just a PSA that even though you don't VISUALLY walk into the wall you are in fact still walking into the wall if you want to raise your sneak early just create your character, sneak and then hold W into the corner all you want.

It absolutely worked in OG Oblivion. Are you in a room with an npc? Because sneak only goes up if you're hiding from someone.
